Crafting Candles and Curating Playlists: Inside Seis White

I'd like to take this blog space on our website to share a bit about my journey—my testimony, my walk with Jesus, and my roles as a husband, father, and entrepreneur. I'll also touch on whatever else comes to mind or feels meaningful to share.

So, let me rewind to the beginning of Seis White. Picture this: I'm driving, Michael Jackson's 'Rock with You' playing, when suddenly, a thought strikes me: What if songs had scents? What if you could capture the essence of a melody in a candle? Intrigued, I began exploring this idea, noticing how different tunes evoked different aromas.

It's interesting how God works, isn't it? He sees each of us uniquely. For example, I grew up in a 'Coda' household, raised by deaf parents, and I've always had a passion for music production. It's humbling to see how God weaves our backgrounds and talents into something meaningful.

But let's get back to the story. That initial spark led me to curate playlists for each candle, blending music and scent into one experience. Now, here's the thing: I didn't know the first thing about making candles. But with prayer and persistence, I figured it out. God guided me through every step, from crafting the candles to designing logos and websites, even setting up shop.

It's been a journey, and the name Seis White? Well, it's a simple nod to my family—a mix of white and Hispanic descent, with four kids and a wife. It's personal, it's meaningful, and it's all part of the story.
